About the vendor and its products
Kwikset is primarily a lock supplier, and it also offers electronic locks in many versions:
The “smartest” and best known lock is arguably Premis, which is a deadbolt lock (and thus less suitable for European doors). The lock is interesting in that it allows operation by key, code, phone, and Siri (it is compatible with Apple Home).
Recently, a lock called Halo Touch Wi-Fi was also announced, which has a fingerprint reader
There is a dedicated Kwikset app to operate the lock and support for integration with Samsung SmartThings.
